My hot water heater is original. I have a contract for service (repair and replace) with ECM, but they will not replace until the old unit fails. They have just increased their yearly rate by $75.00, and I was considering dropping the contract, and having the hot water heater replaced by a plumber. Can anyone suggest a plumber they have used, if he is reliable and if his prices are fair? Thanks,
